BRAND STATEMENT: Corona is cool!
A new concept for housing sales in this neighborhood in Corona, Ca. This multi-family project suffered a slow start due to construction constraints, market challenges and then a international pandemic. The collaboration of sales and development teams strategized a consistent theme with new marketing elements and promotions that engaged homebuyers from all nationalities, ages and demographic groups to purchase a townhome in a new area where “the culture of cool is alive and well… and thriving” from the high $300’s – Low $400’s.
Marketing tools were focused on digital and video formats that kept messaging fresh. The sales team embraced video conferencing, social media messaging during the COVID-19 initial stages, selling homes with Live Facebook videos and chats.
